My brief CV

Over 5 years experience delivering Computer Quantities training (for a market leader Software company) all over the British Isles, to Local Authorities, PQS firms and Contractors – including Dublin Corporation staff, London Borough of Islington, Aberdeen, Liverpool, Stornoway Councils and Government offices Guernsey.

Lectured full time for 22 years in Quantity Surveying, Estimating, Cost Planning and Building Management at Wolverhampton Polytechnic (now University)

I did qualify both ARICS and MCIOB but have resigned from both now.

My Higher Education prior to this was ONC, HNC, 5 Supplementary

Subjects, C&G FTC (Quantities) and AIQS direct member exams.

Have experience of working full time in a PQS office and as Contractor’s Senior Surveyor.

Also, experience of Estimating, tendering, buying and QSing for various sub-contractors.

Have completed numerous Planning, Building Reg and Grant applications.

Carried out Expert Witness work in Contract Disputes.

Worked 12 years as part time Tutor for a Correspondence School

in CIOB courses generally.

Released for a full year from Wolverhampton Poly (1986/7),to complete

Masters Degree Course in Construction Management

at the University of Birmingham, Civil Engineering Dept:
